Connecting to a Non-Broadcast (Hidden SSID) Signal

For extra security, some signals can be set up so that they broadcast no SSID (network name). The client can be configured to connect to your hidden signals.

First, a new profile must be created for the signal, and the profile must be set to Does not broadcast its SSID.

The signal will not appear in the available signals list. To connect to the hidden signal, go to the My Signal Profiles (Profiles -> My Signal Profiles). Highlight the profile for your hidden signal, then click connect.
